    Limousine Service – Incidentals & Cancellation Policy

    1. Cancellation Policy

    All reservations are subject to the following cancellation terms:

    • A cancellation fee of 90% of the total reservation cost will be charged on all cancelled reservations.
    • Reservations cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to scheduled service will be charged 100% of the total trip cost.
    • Failure to cancel prior to dispatch may result in full trip charges.
    • All cancellations must be made directly with our office and confirmed by a representative.

    2. No-Show Policy

    A reservation will be considered a "No Show" and charged at the full trip rate under the following conditions:

    Airport Pickups

    • Domestic arrivals: Driver will wait up to 20 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
    • International arrivals: Driver will wait up to 35 minutes after the scheduled pickup time.
    • If the passenger does not contact our office within the applicable waiting period, the reservation will be classified as a No Show and charged in full.

    Non-Airport Pickups

    • A 10-minute grace period is provided.
    • After the grace period, waiting time charges begin.
    • If the passenger is not present within 15 minutes and no contact has been made, the trip may be classified as a No Show and charged in full.

    3. Waiting Time Charges

    • A 10-minute grace period is provided for non-airport pickups.
    • After the grace period, waiting time is billed per minute based on vehicle type.
    • Airport waiting time beyond the applicable complimentary period is billed per minute.

    4. Additional Charges & Incidentals

    The following charges may apply in addition to the base rate:

    • Waiting time charges
    • Additional stops (minimum charge per stop may apply)
    • Airport fees
    • Tolls and parking
    • Meet & Greet service fees
    • Early morning or late-night pickup fees
    • Child safety seat fees
    • Cleaning fees for excessive mess or spills
    • Damage to vehicle interior or exterior
    • Undisclosed pets, oversized luggage, sports equipment, or special transport items
    • Special event surcharges (where applicable)

    All incidental charges will be itemized when applicable.

    5. Conduct & Service Refusal

    Gary's Airport Service reserves the right to terminate service without refund if:

    • Passengers engage in unsafe or illegal behavior
    • There is underage drinking or drug use
    • Passengers cause damage to the vehicle
    • Passengers are excessively intoxicated or abusive toward the driver

    6. Vehicle Substitution & Delays

    • We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value when necessary.
    • We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, airline delays, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.
